BIM Executive

A Day in the Life:

. Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.

. Coordinate and manage BIM models across all disciplines up to LOD 500.

. Perform model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.

. Support BIM training sessions and provide technical guidance to project teams.

. Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.

. Provide on-site coordination and support when required.

What We Are Looking For:

. Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.

. 3-5 years of BIM coordination experience in architectural or interior projects.

. Strong detailing and documentation skills, with proficiency up to LOD 500.

. Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.

. Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage.

. Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards.
