Liaise with Project Manager on BIM implementation based on Project needs and requirements
Ensure models/drawings accuracy based on BIM standards/requirements
Handle Design Development, contract documentation, Authority submissions, pre-consultation, site meetings and project meetings
Prepare authorities submission drawings, forms, and documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of work assignments when adhering to deadlines
Oversee and interface with the design team and information managers for information coordination
Monitor and ensure drawing submission schedule is achieved
Manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with Consultants, Clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years relevant experience in infrastructure design and BIM implementation or related field
Must be proficient in Revit MEP
Knowledge of Synchro or Fuzor will be an advantage
