Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Drafter to develop, manage, and coordinate our Building Information Models (BIM) for key projects. You will be responsible for transforming contract designs into accurate, constructible models and drawings, ensuring data integrity, and facilitating coordination between design and construction teams. This is a critical role that bridges drafting expertise with technical project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development & Management:
Create, develop, and update multi-disciplinary Revit models for coordination and documentation.
Generate and maintain accurate 2D & 3D shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation.
Develop custom, parametric Revit families tailored to specific project requirements.
Ensure the overall integrity, quality, and coordination of all BIM models and derived drawings.
Coordination & Collaboration:
Proactively identify and report design discrepancies or clashes to the project team for resolution.
Attend on-site coordination meetings to resolve drawing-related issues.
Assist the project team and other departments with all drawing documentation needs.
Maintain and update the project drawing registry and model logs.
Technical Support & Design Involvement:
Create and update BIM models based on the latest contract drawings and site information.
Utilize proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation for 2D and 3D tasks.

Requirements:
Specialist Diploma in BIM, Architectural Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an architectural draftsperson or in a similar BIM/drafting role.
High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and MicroStation.
Solid understanding of architectural/construction drawings, standards, and documentation processes.
