Job Description

  • Prepare all drafting works as directed
  • Use of BIM to perform drawing works
  • Proficient in BIM, autoCAD and familiar with authority submission procedure.
  • Liaise with M&E consultants, contractors and project team
  • Receipt, distribute, record, and file all drawings
  • Control of issuance of drawings to relevant parties
  • Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
  • Supersede and updated the current revision status
  • Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
  • Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
  • Detailing and documentation of working drawing
  • Any other related tasks as assigned.
