M&E Project Engineer X BIM Drafter

Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the construction or M&E industry inSingapore
. Proficient in AutoCAD
. Knowledge of Revit/BIM modelling will be an added advantage
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
. Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and coordinate M&E works on construction projects
. Prepare and submit shop drawings, BIM/Revit models, as-built drawings, andconstruction drawings
. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
. Assist in project documentation, procurement, testing, commissioning, and handover

WORKING LOCATION-(Island-wide, depending on project location)
