Job Summary
Prepare and manage electrical construction drawings and BIM MEP models to meet client requirements, coordinating with site staff and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using Autocad and Revit software to support project submissions
- Maintain and update drawings accurately, incorporating corrections as directed by superiors
- Coordinate with site staff and engineers to clarify drawing details, penetration points, and provide necessary sketches for Main Contractor and Consultants
- Maintain comprehensive reports and records of drawings to ensure documentation accuracy
- Develop and manage BIM MEP models following the BIM Executive Plan (BEP) to fulfill client requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient in reading and writing English and Mandarin to facilitate communication and provide advice within a bilingual work environment
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in electrical engineering or related fields
- Skilled in using Autocad, Revit, and BIM software for electrical construction projects
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Specialized knowledge or experience in Electrical Construction engineering
