Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring consistent model development, managing interdisciplinary coordination, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP).
- Perform clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks and/or Revit.
- Ensure that all BIM models are developed in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to facilitate model-based workflows and information sharing.
- Review, audit, and validate models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage file exchanges and version control using CDEs (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360).
- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM protocols and standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
- Support training and mentoring of project staff in BIM tools and processes.
- Generate reports and visualizations to support coordination and decision-making.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BIM coordination role.
- Candidate with less experience will be consider as a modeller role.
