Architectural BIM Coordinator ( 5 days work week )

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Architectural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to the Singapore BIM Guide and project needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy, clash-free models, and BIM standard compliance.
• Oversee data exchange and quality control of architectural models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Support local authority submissions and ensure model accuracy.
• Contribute architectural modeling skills and participate in modeling tasks as needed.
• Liaise with design consultants and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Assist the BIM Manager in enforcing BIM standards and managing deliverables.
• Take on additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural BIM coordination or model management.
• Familiarity with architectural design standards, detailing, and relevant codes.
• Knowledge of BIM, VDC, and IDD concepts (certification a plus).
• Proficiency in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
