BIM Coordinator (Structural/Archi/M&E)

. A1 main contractor looking to build their BIM team

. Permanent full time role with good career progression

. Large scale buildings / infrastructure projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation and managing BIM execution plan.
• Responsible for development and submission of BIM model in accordance to BIM requirements.
• To develop 3D BIM model and make submissions to the Authority using BIM software(Revit or Microstation)
• Clash check using BIM model and coordination with project team and consultants.
• Prepare coordination meeting and model update based on coordination result

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of BIM experience in building construction
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, M&E, or Architecture or engineering related field.
• Proficient in Auto CAD/Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure MEP
• Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations
