BIM Coordinator (Mechanical/Electrical)

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a BIM Coordinator, where you will play a key role in designing MEP layouts and ensuring effective project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft MEP layouts, including section details and space management planning. Create detailed coordination drawings and prepare shop and As-Built drawings using Revit and CAD software. Extract relevant information from architectural and structural drawings, as well as drawings from other disciplines. Support the Project Manager and Engineers with project coordination, planning, and attending job site visits and meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Design, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills.
