- Produce and update BIM models, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP).
- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution among project teams.
- Manage and maintain project models and drawing documentation.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings and prepare progress reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as BIM Coordinator (preferably with A1 Main Contractor).
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Tekla.
