Independently use Navisworks, Synchro, Fuzor or other 4D software to perform construction schedule simulations, ensuring alignment with the actual construction plan.
Integrate BIM models with project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for visualized construction management.
Analyze construction sequences, critical paths, and resource allocation, propose optimization plans, and create visual presentations.
Able to understand and compile the progress schedule, and support the project team in evaluating alternative construction plans using 4D simulation results for decision-making.
Participate in VDC/BIM coordination meetings to report 4D simulation progress and issues, record feedback from the client and project team, and ensure follow-up actions.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary model data to ensure accuracy and reusability in schedule simulations.
Assist in establishing project-level BIM 4D standards, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and schedule coding protocols
Provide training on 4D software and workflows to team members to enhance overall technical capabilities.
Stay updated with new technologies and methods (e.g., 5D cost integration, construction simulation optimization) and apply them in project practice.
Job Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to communicate effectively with project teams and clients
Proficient in 4D simulation software (Navisworks, Synchro, etc.) and BIM modeling software (Revit, Bentley series, etc.).
Familiar with construction scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) and construction management processes.
Bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, MEP, construction management, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in BIM or 4D simulation construction site or project management experience is a plus.
