• support the BIM Manager in developing and implementing execution plan
• coordinate BIM workflows and maintain the central model with proper version control.
• review models, resolve clashes and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.
• prepare BIM models, reports, and visualizations for project requirements.
• provide training and guidance on BIM processes and tools to project teams.

knowledge and skills

• degree/diploma in civil, architectural or related studies
• minimum 5 years of BIM coordination experience on large-scale projects.
• familiarity with BIM software (Revit, BIM 360, Naviswork, ACC etc)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
