BIM Coordinator

Position Summary

Responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining BIM models and engineering drawings for cleanroom, semiconductor, ACMV/HVAC, process utility and industrial facility projects. The role supports projects from tendering and design development through construction, installation and as-built handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and engineering drawings for cleanroom, semiconductor, ACMV/HVAC, process utility and industrial facility projects.

• Prepare and revise engineering layouts, shop drawings, installation drawings and as-built drawings.

• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection, identify design conflicts and work with the BIM Engineer / Drafter and project teams to resolve coordination issues.

• Support tender preparation, quantity take-offs, site coordination and construction drawing updates.

• Maintain drawing revisions, BIM/CAD files and project documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, Drafting or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage is mandatory.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.

• Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, industrial or other high-technology facility projects will be an advantage.

• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with engineering and site teams.
