- Position : BIM Coordinator (AutoCAD/Revit)
- Location : West - Kian Teck Way (Accessible via Buses from Boon Lay/Joo Koon)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days annual leaves + Medical Insurance + Medical Reimbursement $300

Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D BIM models for commercial kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring integration between different design disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with project teams.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and material take-offs from BIM models.
- Maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
- Support project managers and engineers with design updates and revisions.
- Communicate effectively with all the stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Drafting, Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
- Minimum level 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and processes.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
