BIM Coordinator (Architectural)

mustard are partnering with a visionary architecture practice specialized within the healthcare, research and construction technology field fostering key staff from Architects, Medical Planners and Healthcare experts to deliver on complex projects expanding for an Architectural BIM Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage high-quality 3D/2D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Produce precise architectural and civil structural shop drawings from as-built documentation, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to project standards.
• Coordinate drawing revisions with project teams, ensuring seamless updates and alignment with evolving requirements.
• Streamline BIM documentation for record-keeping and regulatory submissions, enhancing transparency and compliance.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 3-5+ years experience

• BIM and Revit competent

• Healthcare / Industrial / Commercial project experience is highly sought for
