BIM Coordinator

• to assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM coordination meetings
• adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirement
• leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
• assist in updating BIM standard and template for project
• familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
• Minimum 2 years working experience in building construction (Architecture), Singapore
• Knowledge of authorities requirements and overall project process
• Good communication skills
