Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts Operations
Prepare, verify and process customer invoices and billing documents.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing records and statements.
Maintain billing records, AR listings and filing of financial documents.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate with customers and internal teams on billing matters.
Administrative & Operations Support
Prepare basic reports, tracking sheets and documentation.
Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on billing-related documentation.
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery notes (DN), delivery orders (DO) and purchase orders (PO).
Support month-end closing documentation and filing.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts or finance administration roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented and able to work with numbers and documentation accurately.
Prior experience in billing, invoicing, accounts or finance operations will be an advantage.
