Our client is a leading firm, their business is scaling its commercial operations and looking for a hands-on Bid Manager to drive high value bids.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end preparation of RFI/RFQ/RFP responses
- Translate technical infrastructure solutions into structured, competitive proposals
- Work closely with engineering, finance, legal and delivery teams to align scope, pricing and risk
- Develop cost models, pricing strategies and commercial positioning
- Coordinate suppliers and partners for technical inputs and quotations
- Manage timelines, documentation and internal approval processes
- Support contract clarifications and commercial negotiations post-submission
What You'll Bring:
- At least 8 years of experience in bid management, tendering or commercial project roles
- Background in telecom infrastructure, data centres, EPC, or related technical industries
- Strong understanding of cost drivers, procurement processes and infrastructure pricing models
- Ability to interpret technical designs and convert them into structured commercial proposals
- Comfortable managing multiple submissions under tight timelines
- Strong Excel and proposal documentation skills
