Bid Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to lead and coordinate strategic bids from qualification through to contract signature. This role provides end-to-end leadership across the pursuit lifecycle, ensuring high-quality proposal development, alignment with win strategies, and compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the bid process using the Pursuit Support Model (PSM).
• Lead cross-functional bid teams to deliver compelling, client-focused proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, solution, and pricing teams to shape deal strategies.
• Engage with clients in meetings, workshops, and presentations where required.
• Oversee timelines, resources, budgets, and governance approvals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bid or pursuit management in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with pursuit methodologies (e.g., PSM) and proposal best practices.
