We're seeking an experienced Bid Manager with a proven track record of success to lead and coordinate design bids, tenders, and proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, excellent communication skills.
Jobs Responsibility:
- Develop and implement bid/planning strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead cross-functional bid teams, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Analyze bid invitations, tender documents, and client requirements
- Coordinate with design teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
- Develop and review bid content, including written responses, diagrams, and visual aids
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements, regulations, and company standards
- Manage bid timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Coordinate bid submission, including documentation and electronic uploads
- Develop and deliver presentation materials for client meetings and interviews
- Develop and maintain bid knowledge management systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of bid management/planner experience in ID, main con company locally
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple bids simultaneously
- Strong understanding of design principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
