Bid & Estimation Manager

Bid Manager | Estimation Manager | Security Systems | Systems Integration | APAC

A leading technology and systems integration company is seeking an experienced Bid & Estimation Manager to lead regional bidding, estimation, and presales activities across APAC. This is a leadership role focused on driving bid excellence, commercial competitiveness, and technical solution development for complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead APAC bid, estimation, and presales functions.
• Develop winning bid strategies, pricing models, and commercial proposals.
• Oversee tender submissions, estimation governance, and risk management.
• Provide technical oversight for integrated security and systems solutions.
• Manage and develop a team of estimators and presales engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to secure high-value opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in bid management, estimation, presales, or technical design, with leadership experience preferred.
• Background in systems integration, electronic security, ICT, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex bids.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control, video management, or integrated technology solutions is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities
