Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in product or program management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
8 years of experience in process, policy, and product design for service organizations, leading business transformation initiatives.
At least 5 years experience in Global Mobility.
Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large scale transformation projects, and developing and executing a mobility service vision.
Experience with Agile methodologies or Rapid Prototyping in a HR or Operations environment.
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.
Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to navigate highly bureaucratic and unpredictable regulatory landscapes with resilience and creative problem-solving.
