Job responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for the evolution of our service delivery and resourcing model for the global mobility solutions service line, with a primary focus on the APAC region.
  • Ensure cross-regional alignment of resources, and the delivery of exceptional Googler experiences.
  • Use your subject matter expertise to enhance the end-to-end global mobility operations, and facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions.
  • Design product and program improvements with a consideration for global and local needs, advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing and technology considerations.
  • Bring the candidates, Googlers and delivery organization to our stakeholders, operations and tooling teams to help develop the product roadmap, taking client requirements into account, consulting on the value of PX and determining necessary service adjustments that scale with business needs.

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in product or program management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • 8 years of experience in process, policy, and product design for service organizations, leading business transformation initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience in Global Mobility.

  • Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, managing large scale transformation projects, and developing and executing a mobility service vision.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies or Rapid Prototyping in a HR or Operations environment.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals, with a strong bias to action.

  • Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to navigate highly bureaucratic and unpredictable regulatory landscapes with resilience and creative problem-solving.
