About the Team
A robust Performance and Incentives (P&I) strategy influences the organization's ability to attract and retain the best talent while creating a strong alignment of individuals interests with the organization's strategic goals. The Performance and Incentives (P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentives, job family and job level management and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class benefits policies, deeply diving into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and review of benefits packages and policies to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, through research on benefits policies and practices of leading Tech/general industry companies, as well as interpreting official survey data
- Responsible for benefits program design, review, implementation and communication based on the benefits philosophy and design principles of the company
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Ops, HRBPs, Legal, etc.) and external vendors (brokers and insurers) on project delivery
- Monitor legislation updates, and work closely with legal team to make sure the policies comply with regulations
- Handle escalations together with HR Ops/HRBPs and advise on the benefits policies and solutions
- Contribute to global projects and roll out global initiatives with local context in mind.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Have at least 3 years of experience in benefits strategy area in high-tech companies
- Strong analytical and market research capabilities: gather market data, analyze trends, and conduct surveys, with proven track record of developing benefits programs, impacting more than ten countries
- Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams across multiple regions
- Experience presenting HR programs and initiatives to employees, HR teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment across departments
- Great report writing skills: be able to write proposals based on research and analysis, which is presentable to stakeholders.
