Responsible for PMIC, Mixed Signal and RF IP test characterization, test code development, and test platform enablement.
Perform testing and characterization of Buck / LDO regulator parameters such as line regulation, load regulation, efficiency, accuracy, RDSON, load/line transient, PSRR, and other parametric measurements.
Hands-on experience using bench lab equipment such as source meter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, power supplies, and function generators for characterization, debugging, and circuit analysis.
Conduct lab characterization of Mixed Signal or RF IP and Baseband modem functional blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.
Develop automated measurement code using lab equipment for testing and characterization activities.
Work closely with test engineering and production support teams to drive debugging activities and ensure data correlation with ATE.
Prepare status reports, guard band/test limit generation, and summary reports at different phases of testing.
Job Requirements
Degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering
2-6 years of relevant experience in characterization of Mixed Signal IP and RF
Strong understanding of RF and Mixed Signal test concepts and measurements
Hands-on experience with bench lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Digitizers, High-Speed Serial Data Analyzers, etc.
Experience in Embedded C/C++, LabVIEW, or FPGA development
Good knowledge of statistics and data mining
Strong data analysis skills with exposure to statistical tools such as JMP, CEDA, Datapower, or Optimal Plus is an advantage
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or VBA and automation in reporting is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently
