Job Description

As a Bell Services Ambassador, you will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable guest experience by delivering exceptional guest service. You are responsible to assist guest with luggage handling, escorting guests to and from their rooms, and providing helpful information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  • Greeting and assisting guests at the hotel driveway and lobby
  • Assisting guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles
  • Sending guest luggage to their hotel room
  • Storing and retrieving guest luggage safely and efficiently
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bell desk and luggage storage areas
  • Assisting guest with transportation services (taxi/shuttle/ car transportation)
  • Working together with other departments to welcome VIP guests
  • Guiding guests through the steps to complete their hotel check in and out via self-check in kiosks and refer the guest to the reception desk when needed
  • Providing basic information about hotel facilities, local attractions and directions within the airport terminals
  • Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
  • Follow all hotel safety, security, and guest privacy procedures

What we need from you

  • Able to commit rotating working shift hours - Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift (5 days work week, 9.5hours per shift including 45 minutes meal break) over weekends and public holidays
  • Be proactive towards guests and their request
  • Minimum O Levels or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience (Candidates without experience are welcome to apply)
  • Patient and responsible to solve all problems
  • Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance
  • Be knowledgeable about Singapore and places for business travellers/ tourists
