We are seeking an experienced and passionate
ABA Supervisor / Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality ABA services to clients, supervising therapy teams, and ensuring effective implementation of behavior intervention plans.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical reasoning skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to mentor therapists while maintaining excellent relationships with families and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis in supervising therapy services and clinical programming.
- Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, providing regular evaluations, feedback, and guidance.
- Conduct initial assessments, parent interviews, and data-driven behavior intervention plans.
- Deliver and oversee 1:1 and group ABA sessions as needed.
- Monitor program implementation, update treatment plans, and ensure timely progress reports.
- Provide verbal and written feedback to parents and caregivers per departmental guidelines.
- Guide the team through the probing process, behavior difficulties, and program adjustments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., OT, ST) to support integrated care.
- Lead and contribute to ABA team trainings, meetings, and clinical workshops.
- Support material development and ensure therapy environments are organized and resourced.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or BA in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or QBA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analyst)certification (or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of hands-on experience in ABA, with 12 years in a supervisory/consultant role.
- In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and mentor staff and work collaboratively with families and professionals.
