Beauty Trainer

Job Responsibilities

. Develop, design instructional courses and curriculum as required

. Conduct training on various courses including that for beauty treatment technique theoretical and practical

. Conduct beauty product knowledge training and treatment protocol

. Develop in-house skills assessment checklist evaluating the clients, beauticians/ therapists, as and if required

. Collaborating with marketing and related teams (to organise and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as beauty workshops, seminars and product launches etc

. To furnish the company with the latest beauty industry information eg competitors activities and beauty care trends, treatment, products etc.

. Work closely with management team on training needs.

. Other ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned

Job Requirements

. Min 2 years of beauty training and facilitation skills & experiences

. Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa preferably CIDESCO, CIBTAC or ITEC and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)

. Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients

. To work independently and as a good team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition

. Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

. Able to take on training assignments including on weekends and in the evenings
