Job Summary
This full-time on-site Beauty Trainer role based in Singapore involves delivering impactful training sessions, developing educational materials, assessing trainee performance, and collaborating with teams to uphold professional standards in beauty treatments and products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging beauty training sessions that enhance trainees knowledge of skincare treatments and medical aesthetic devices such as IPL and RF
- Develop clear, comprehensive educational materials to support effective learning and skill acquisition
- Assess trainees performance through structured evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed on the latest beauty industry trends, technologies, and treatment techniques to ensure training content remains current and relevant
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high professional standards and foster a supportive learning environment
- Apply customer service and consultation skills to simulate real-world client interactions during training sessions
- Organize and manage training schedules and resources to optimize learning outcomes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Expertise in skincare and beauty equipment including IPL, RF, and related technologies
- Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills demonstrated through conducting effective training sessions
- Knowledge of customer service techniques and consultation skills relevant to the beauty industry
- Passion for the beauty industry with the ability to keep up with current trends and technologies
- Organizational skills with experience in developing training materials
- Proficiency in assessing and evaluating trainees performance
- Experience working in the beauty industry or a related field
