Job Summary
The Beauty Therapist performs professional beauty treatments and delivers excellent customer service. They recommend suitable treatments, support salon performance, and ensure client satisfaction through skilled, customer-focused care.
Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments, including hair removal, to deliver consistent, professional results
- Conduct skin and body consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or packages
- Achieve personal and shop sales targets by effectively recommending treatment packages and products
- Follow up with customers via WhatsApp to send appointment reminders and provide aftercare guidance
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure clients feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties, including setting up products, preparing treatment rooms, and maintaining cleanliness
- Conduct stock checks and support inventory replenishment to ensure product availability
- Collaborate closely with the Shop In-charge and team members to maintain smooth daily salon operations
Required competencies and certifications
- At least 1-2 years of experience performing beauty treatments
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales skills demonstrated through client interactions and sales achievements
- Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to support team efforts
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
