Beauty Salon Supervisor

Job Description:

Stillness Beauty Salon is looking for an experienced and responsible Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations while maintaining high standards of service and client care.

The Supervisor will support the management team in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining treatment quality and guiding the beauty team to deliver a calm and professional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

. Perform professional facial treatments including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and mask application

. Provide body skincare services such as body exfoliation and back acne treatments

. Perform waxing services for various areas of the body

. Supervise daily salon operations and ensure service quality standards are maintained

. Guide and support beauticians in performing treatments according to salon protocols

. Assist in staff training and onboarding of new team members

. Manage appointment scheduling and workflow when required

. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of treatment rooms

. Monitor product usage and assist with inventory management

. Assist in recommending suitable treatments, packages and skincare products to clients

. Handle basic client enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

. Minimum 3 years experience in a beauty salon or spa environment

. Strong knowledge of facial treatments, skin analysis and extraction techniques

. Ability to perform waxing services professionally

. Good leadership and team coordination skills

. Customer-focused with good communication skills

. Strong attention to hygiene and service standards

. Able to work independently and manage daily salon operations

. Willing to work weekends and public holidays

Preferred:

. Beauty therapy certification or relevant professional training

. Experience training junior beauticians
