Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer loyalty and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities to increase the company's market share, and provide feedback on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Deliver effective training on selling methodology, customer engagement, and product application techniquesto boost sales performance.
  • Sales-driven: Make every effort to close deals during demonstrations, events, and client visits.
  • Support new product launches by preparing and executing comprehensive training and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align training programs with campaigns, promotions, and sales objectives.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and sales tools to ensure consistent standards across all sessions.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on training effectiveness and sales impact, recommending improvements where necessary.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company professionally at beauty events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, refresher training, and performance support to underperforming sales staff or partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Levelqualification.
  • Preferably with experience in the aesthetics/beauty industry, but not necessary (training will be provided).
  • . Possess relevant beauty certifications such as CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications.
  • . Prior experience as a Beauty Consultant, Therapist, or Trainer will be an added advantage.
  • . Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and sales, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
  • . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • . Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken) is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
  • . Willing to travel locally/regionally for training, seminars, and client events when required.
  • . Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
