Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Beauty Sales Consultant to oversee outlet operations, lead sales initiatives, and inspire our team of beauty consultants and beauticians. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales for slimming, facial, hair removal, and other beauty treatments while ensuring outstanding customer experiences and operational excellence.

Sales Excellence

• Drive personal sales for slimming, facial, hair removal, and beauty treatments.
• Proactively achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Operations & Service

• Support daily outlet operations to align sales strategies and service goals.
• Assist with appointment bookings, payments, and front desk functions.
• Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation at all times.

Customer Experience

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and refunds with professionalism.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and loyalty.
• Collect customer testimonials and document treatment results clearly.

Professional Development & Teamwork

• Participate in training sessions to strengthen sales and service skills.
• Share best practices with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Uphold professionalism, service standards, and company values consistently.

Marketing & Reporting

• Support outlet promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Encourage customer reviews and positive online engagement.
• Provide regular sales updates and customer feedback to supervisors/HQ.
• Monitor stock usage, flag replenishment needs, and assist with inventory tracking.

Compliance & Standards

• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service protocols.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.

• Proven experience in beauty, wellness, or retail sales (slimming, facial, aesthetics preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
