BEAUTY MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Oversee the day-to-day operations of the beauty salon/beauty department. Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of beauty and treatment services. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and service quality.

-Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate beauty therapists and other staff. Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties effectively. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and guidance where necessary.

-Ensure customers receive professional, friendly, and personalised service. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery. Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements where required.

-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Promote beauty treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

-Monitor inventory levels of beauty products, equipment, and consumables. Coordinate stock ordering and ensure adequate supplies are available. Control wastage and ensure products are used and stored appropriately.

-Monitor daily sales, expenses, and overall department performance. Prepare operational and sales reports for management.

-Ensure staff follows company policies and standard operating procedures. Perform other duties and responsibilities reasonably assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the beauty, spa, wellness, or related industry, with management or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, body treatments, and beauty products.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and train a team.

Good organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Able to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
