- Manage the day-to-day operations of the beauty centre and ensure smooth running of the branch.
- Supervise and coordinate beauty therapists and other staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries and feedback.
- Monitor appointments, staff schedules, sales and daily branch operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and professional standards within the centre.
- Train and guide staff on beauty services and customer service standards.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty treatments and services.
- Ensure proper stock control and monitor usage of beauty products and equipment.
- Support the branch in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle basic administrative and operational duties for the branch.
The candidate should have practical knowledge and experience in several of the following beauty services:
- Facial treatments
- Eyebrow threading
- Waxing
- Hair styling and basic hairstyling services
- Hair and beauty treatments
- Customer consultation and beauty service recommendations
- Candidates with previous experience managing or supervising a beauty salon, beauty centre or spa will be preferred.
