. Working Hours: Tuesday -Sunday 11am-8pm,

. Every Monday off per week

Key Responsibilities:

. Ensure the shop opens and closes on time and runs smoothly throughout the day.

. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and increase revenue.

. Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
