We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Beauty Manager with 5-10 years of proven experience in the beauty and wellness industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service operations and team leadership, with expertise across various beauty treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the beauty center, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff, enhancing their technical skills and customer service performance.
- Manage sales performance, financial records, and customer relations to achieve business targets.
- Lead and motivate the team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of manicure & pedicure, body therapy, and facial services.
- Proven ability in team management, staff training, and sales performance management.
- Proficiency in budget planning, negotiation, program and account management.
- Excellent customer analysis skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) is required.
