We are seeking a responsible and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will manage clinic staff, ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational and treatment standards.

- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with hygiene standards
- Manage appointment scheduling and clinic workflow
- Supervise, train, and motivate therapists, consultants, and clinic staff
- Conduct staff performance reviews and ensure team members meet service standards
- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and manpower planning
- Drive clinic sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and treatment package sales
- Ensure high standards of customer experience and service delivery
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Manage clinic inventory including products, consumables, and equipment
- Ensure proper stock control and ordering of supplies
- Prepare reports on sales, operations, and clinic performance
- Maintain proper documentation for treatments and customer records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Aesthetics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aesthetic / beauty / wellness industry
- At least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales-driven with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
