Beauty and Wellness Manager at Luxury High-end Aesthetic Beauty TCM Spa
De Beaute is looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our team and drive sales performance at our Beauty and TCM Wellness Spa. This role requires a polished, service‑oriented leader who can balance commercial performance with world‑class guest experiences. The ideal candidate embodies professionalism, discretion, and a deep understanding of high‑end wellness services.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience and Service Excellence, and manage branch operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day performance
- Curate an atmosphere of tranquillity, elegance, and personalised hospitality throughout the spa.
- Deliver impeccable service standards by engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and ensuring every visit feels bespoke.
- Cultivate strong relationships with VIP and long‑standing clients, providing tailored recommendations and seamless service coordination.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales and frontline team
- Ensure high‑quality customer service and client satisfaction
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular training to improve service and sales techniques
- Oversee appointment scheduling, inventory, and branch administration
- Promote De Beaute services, programs, and promotions
- Maintain branch cleanliness, professionalism, and brand standards
Qualifications
- Experience as a branch manager, sales manager, or team leader in beauty, slimming, wellness, spa, or related industry
- Strong sales background with a proven record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Customer‑oriented, confident, and well‑presented
- Ability to motivate a team and handle client concerns professionally
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to ensure the spa meets or exceeds revenue goals.
Team Leadership and Talent Development
- Inspire, mentor, and guide a team of spa therapists, receptionists, and specialists to deliver five‑star service consistently.
- Conduct training programs focused on service etiquette, treatment excellence, and luxury guest communication.
- Manage staffing levels, schedules, and performance evaluations in alignment with hotel standards.
- Promote a harmonious, respectful, and collaborative work environment.
