Beauty Advisor (Luxury Fragrance & Skincare)

Salary: $2,000-$2,800 Basic + Sales Incentives

We are hiring Beauty Advisors for an established luxury beauty distributor representing internationally recognised fragrance, skincare and cosmetics brands.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide personalised product recommendations across fragrances, skincare and beauty products.
• Engage customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and daily store operations.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, product knowledge and customer service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, fragrance or skincare is advantageous.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or other customer-facing retail backgrounds is advantageous.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive and passionate about customer service.
• Willing to work rotating retail shifts, weekends and public holidays.
