We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our retail team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, provide professional beauty consultations, and achieve sales targets while representing our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to recommend suitable skincare and cosmetic products that meet customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective product recommendations and customer engagement
- Demonstrate product knowledge including ingredients, benefits, and application techniques to educate customers
- Perform product demonstrations and basic skincare or makeup application to showcase product use and benefits
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by keeping counters clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends to provide current information to customers
- Support store operations by managing inventory and replenishing stock to ensure product availability
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members
- Sales-driven mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance suitable for retail environment
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Beauty certification or makeup artistry training is an advantage
