As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients-introducing them to our treatments, guiding them on their journey, and helping them achieve their goals with the right solutions. Your role is all about connection, consultation, and driving results-both for our clients and for the clinic.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with both new and returning clients
- Conduct thoughtful, personalized consultations to recommend the most effective treatments and products
- Deliver warm, professional service to ensure an exceptional customer experience every time
- Keep client records accurate and up-to-date
- Support sales and marketing initiatives that grow our client base and clinic revenue
- Uphold all ethical and regulatory standards in every client interaction
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience (bonus if it's in beauty, wellness, or aesthetics!)
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Naturally customer-oriented, with a warm and engaging personality
- Goal-driven and motivated
- Familiarity with the aesthetics or beauty industry is a plus
- Willing to work retail hours
