Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience
Understand customers needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products
Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on product launches and promotions
Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
Ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained

Requirements

Previous experience in beauty, retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous
Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
