Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional facial and body treatments in accordance with established procedures and service standards within the allocated treatment time.
- Conduct skin assessments and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on customers individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customers enquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas are clean, hygienic, and properly maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Possess relevant beauty qualifications such as ITEC, CIBTAC, BTEC, NITEC, or equivalent certifications.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong service orientation.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
