Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service to ensure a positive experience throughout appointments
• Schedule client appointments efficiently and prepare treatment rooms to meet service standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records for continuity of care
• Apply product knowledge to respond effectively to client inquiries and provide relevant information
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations to comply with health and safety standards
• Provide professional aftercare advice tailored to individual client treatments
• Perform beauty treatments following established protocols and client needs
• Assess client skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve desired outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth daily salon operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in beauty therapy (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and patient approach
• Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period
