Beautician Therapist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Beautician Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about beauty and wellness, with a commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients. This role involves performing a variety of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultations:

- Conduct initial consultations to understand clients needs and preferences.

- Provide expert advice on treatments and products suitable for clients skin types and conditions.

2. Beauty Treatments:

- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials, body slimming and massages. (depending on your skill set)

- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge services.

3. Product Sales and Advice:

- Recommend and sell beauty products that enhance the effectiveness of treatments.

- Educate clients on proper skincare and beauty routines.

4. Customer Service:

- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

5. Sanitation and Cleanliness:

- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

1. Bilingual in both Chinese and English to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing treatments.

3. Hands-on training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our specific techniques and products

4. Candidates with a beauty training certificate is a plus

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

7. Ability to work well in a team and live harmoniously with colleagues.
