Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Junior Beautician to join our innovative and client-focused team at The Face Century. You will provide high-quality beauty treatments and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior beauticians in performing beauty treatments such as facials, manicures, pedicures, and hair styling to support client satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide personalized beauty recommendations that enhance their experience
• Support appointment management and deliver excellent customer service to maintain smooth salon operations
• Stay informed on the latest beauty trends and techniques to improve service quality
• Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to develop and refine beauty skills

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold certification from a recognized beauty school or program as proof of foundational knowledge
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of beauty treatments and products to assist effectively in service delivery
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor to build positive client relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience working in a beauty salon or spa environment to contribute practical knowledge
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to support a harmonious work atmosphere
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new beauty techniques to continuously improve service offerings
