Job Summary:
The Beauty Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a beauty salon or wellness centre. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day salon operations
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage appointment scheduling and workflow efficiency
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise beauty therapists and support staff
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
3. Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

4. Sales & Business Development
