To oversee the daily operation of the shop, maintain proper customer records and responsilble for customer communications.

To conduct weekly coaching and meeting to make sure all other staff follow the rules and discuss on their sales target.

To provide necessary trainings to new staff, ensure service quality.

Other ad-hoc duties as assisgned.
